Re: Netgear R6700 reverting from dd-wrt - SOLVED It turns out that even though I did factory reset the router with flashed dd-wrt, the default password is still the factory passowrd written on the router and not the dd-wrt default password. - *.bin files can only be flashed from dd-wrt webif. - *.chk can be flashed from Netgear factory fw and from dd-wrt webif - I don't provide factory to dd-wrt for non Netgear models since I do not own any non Netgear Broadcom units.
